Our policy does not include any returns or exchanges. if there are any defects that arise within the product, not including physical/accidental damage, then we can consider returns in exceptional cases (entirely up to the club factory).

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to get the product changed the company, “Nexcen india” may ask you to share pictures of the damaged product. Once the claim has been verified, we will happily replace your product for free.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that fall under the ‘intimate’ or ‘sanitary’ goods category, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We also cannot guarantee satisfaction with any electronic products (confirm before order). Replacement requests will be entertained only if we receive the query within 1 day of delivery.

Refund and returns policy You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products. Once we receive the returned item nexcen india will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) post verification of the product at our warehouse. Refund shall be processed as per the applicable guidelines / notification / law passed by RBI from time to and it may take 07-14 days additional business days to reflect the same in your account post processing the cancellation request if order is cancelled before the shipment or after products are received back and verified at our warehouse if product is returned. For all cash on delivery transactions, refunds shall be made through account transfer as per the details shared by you. Discounted items are not eligible for a return. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return
