Shipping and Payment Policy We understand that when you make an order, you want your goodies as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make this happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. However, some products might attract shipping charges. The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature/category of your product, which location dispatched from, gross weight of the product, etc.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time as promised on website or mobile. Below are some more shipping related points:-

Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is delivered within 2-3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases, it may take longer, up to 5 or more working days, to deliver the order when there is a heavy demand.

Order is processed on all weekdays including Saturdays except for Sundays and major holidays. ALL ORDERS RECEIVED ON SUNDAY WILL BEGIN PROCESSING THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

Shipping and Payment Policy To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we will only make shipments through reputed courier agencies.

While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice of the seller. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may log on to Submit Ticket, or write an e-mail to nexg4u@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number.

Orders may take up to 1 business day to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. PLEASE ALLOW 3 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE.

Please note that orders placed during a sale may take a little more time to process in our warehouse due to high volume. We will try our best to get your goodies to you as soon as possible.

A Shipping and Payment Policy confirmation with your tracking id will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use that tracking id to track your order by going on our website and clicking on “track your order’. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order that you have placed.

The payment options that are available are cash on delivery and prepaid service. Please see that we don’t accept COD services for all pin codes. So for them, we have made an option of prepaid services.

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately. You can also email to nexg4u@gmail.com with your order id and images of the product. Replacement or refund will be done immediately.

Shipping and Payment Policy  If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and immediately log onto Submit Ticket, or write an e-mail to nexg4u@gmail.com  mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Shipping and Payment Policy We endeavor to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. nexcen india insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order Shipping and Payment Policy .
